School Groups - Costs


The cost per student includes airfare, deluxe travel insurance and incorporates the costs for Teacher and escort travel and supply teacher costs. Hosting costs are additional.

For example, hosting costs for Canadian schools are approximately $400 per student. Usually, each school pays for the hosting excursions in their area, i.e. the Canadian school pays for excursions for the visiting students while they are in Canada and the partner school pays for the Canadian school’s excursions while they are in their region, internationally.

Prices vary with air fares and specialized itineraries.

The average cost of a group exchange, based on a group of 25 students, is $2,700 per student. This includes 3 teacher escorts, supply teacher coverage, flights and insurance.
